At Saueressig Turkey, we create a solid foundation for color management. By producing cylinders compliant with internationally recognized PacSpace, ISO Coated, G7, and GMI standards, we ensure color consistency throughout the printing process.
We operate with a holistic color management discipline that starts from the repro monitor and continues until the final product reaches the shelf. Thanks to this approach, we ensure that the colors determined during the design phase are maintained with the same accuracy and consistency at every step of the production process.

At Saueressig Turkey, we create custom GMG color profiles for every substrate and ink combination. We analyze the color characteristics of printing presses using the Fingerprint method, and optimize pre-press files according to the data obtained.

Measurable
Color Accuracy
We objectively measure and document color accuracy using spectrophotometric measurement systems. By monitoring color deviations via Delta E values, we ensure that the entire production process remains within defined tolerances.
Color consistency is continuously monitored using control strips throughout the run; immediate intervention is taken when potential deviations are detected. All measurement data is documented and reported to our customers.
